Board of Directors Information

Here are the attachments regarding the non-profit filing.

     Form 1023 - you will need Adobe reader
          Page 1 of the application has a couple extra comments on the printed
          page that doesn't appear on this.  They are as follows:
          Regarding #10 - "The organization's annual gross receipts will most likely
               not exceed $25,000.  It is not projected that the organization will have
               gross receipts of more than $25,000 over the next four (4) years.
          Regarding #11 - The organization has been dormant pending the filing
               of Form 1023 to the IRS.

Following are the attachments, excluding the articles of incorporation, which I will bring to the meeting:

     Bylaws - must be approved by the board.

     Narrative of Description of Activities for Part IV.
          The attachments are pages from theory and history textbooks and band and
          orchestra method books.  I will bring those to the meeting.

     Part V, No. 3a statement
          I am also providing them with a copy of my degree from Tech.

     Conflict of Interest Policy - must be approved by board and so noted.

     Part VIII, No. 4a & 4d - regarding fundraising
